The traditional dishes prepared by the hotel manager were a treat. I enjoyed exploring the area with the rented bicycles and the packed lunches provided. The free WiFi was a bonus.

I had the most incredible time at this hotel! The staff, who were a lovely elderly couple, were not only super friendly and polite, but also spoke English and even French! The value for money here was mind-blowing, with breakfast included and free parking. And it gets even better - the location was not in the main tourist trap, but still within walking distance to the stunning castles. The breakfast was simple but catered just for us, and when my son asked for croissants, they surprised us the next morning with a whole basket of bread rolls and croissants. The hotel even had a ski storage for all you skiing enthusiasts out there. Oh, and did I mention that they allow pets and have a super fast wi-fi? This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The friendly owner, who treated me like family, personally prepared a delicious breakfast in the hotel's spacious dining area. He even provided me with a printed pass that allowed me to save money on local bus transportation to the nearby castles. The hotel's parking facility was convenient and helped me save on expensive parking fees closer to the castles. The location was perfect, with a beautiful 3 km walk through a forest to reach the castles, or a quick 2-minute walk to the nearby bus stop.

Everything was simply excellent. Our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable, had a fairly nice experience. Welcoming staff did a great job. Location: the hotel was just next door to the train station and Germany. It also was on a nice sidewalk through a forest.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Bei Weirich. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Frau Weirich, who was a delightful and welcoming host. The property had a safe parking spot for our van, which was very convenient. The location was perfect for visiting Hohenschwangau Castle and Neuschwanstein, as it was a short drive away. The owner, a friendly grandpa, prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning and even provided a printed pass for local buses, making our visit to the castles more affordable. we appreciated the helpful assistance from Annette, Frau Weirich's daughter, who assisted us with dinner reservations and served breakfast attentively.

Nothing not to love.

The place had an older charm with squeaky floors, but our room was clean and cutely designed. It had two twin beds pushed together, a separate room with a twin bed and sofa, and a small TV. The bathroom was small but had a shower. Breakfast consisted of drinks, bread, cheese, and meat with butter/jelly, just what we needed for one night. Although the entrance in the rear was disconcerting, the clean and comfortable room and charming dining area downstairs made up for it. Easy to find and close to Neuschawnstein, check-in was a breeze with private parking in the back. Our room was big with two bedrooms and a private bathroom, and it was clean. The facilities were great, the location was excellent, and the free parking and breakfast were a bonus.

The owners of the Hotel are very nice people, eager to help. The rooms are very nice, the view out of the balcony was fantastic. The castles are just 2 km away. The location is very nice. Excellent value for money.
